Litigation Fee Structure
Litigation is expensive. Rojas & Oliva
makes no excuses for this. It is a process that is both
time and labor intensive. Time and labor are
expensive.
Nonetheless, we believe our fee structure is in keeping with
the fees generally charged in the community. In fact, if
not exactly in the middle we are probably a little low.
Moreover, we are open to the possibility of flat-fees,
contingent fees, and mixed fees under the right circumstances.
Also, because we are very computerized and small we are able to
take advantage of many economies of scale that may be
unavailable to larger firms.
