Robert Rojas is general counsel to various corporations,
both high-tech and brick & mortar. Generally, these
companies contract for a set monthly fee in exchange for all
legal needs encountered in the ordinary course of business
except litigation and adversarial administrative hearings.
Everything else is covered. The monthly fee is negotiated
between Ralph and the client and generally depends on a variety
of factors including the client's needs, size, and prior
history.
