Executions

A Writ of Execution is a court order compelling the Sheriff to accompany the judgment creditor and seize the judgment debtor's assets.  As with Garnishment, a judgment-creditor obtains a Writ of Execution without first giving notice to the judgment-debtor.  Imagine coming out of an office at about 10 in the morning to find a moving crew carrying of your computers and furniture and finding a sheriff's deputy supervising the seizure.  It's that powerful.
