Defense of Judgments

Like Yogi Berra said, "It ain't over till the fat lady sings".  Just because you lost doesn't mean that the plaintiff automatically collects a dime.  Ideally, you should have implemented a vigorous asset protection plan before entry of the judgment. 

Even if you haven't, there are legal steps you can take now to protect your assets.  The better protected your assets are, the more likely you are to settle with the plaintiff/judgment-holder on favorable terms.
