Appealing a Plaintiff's Judgment

Like Yogi Berra said, "It ain't over till the fat lady sings".  Just because you lost doesn't mean that you have to accept the verdict.  During a trial, judges and lawyers make hundreds of tiny decisions.  Some of these may be very important.  Some might be so important that, if made incorrectly, they merit a new trial.

In many such circumstances, you can appeal to a higher court.  On many occasions, an appeal has been the difference between accepting an adverse decision and finally obtaining justice.
